Artists’ Workshop Offered
Get More Red Dots: How to Market & Sell Your Art
VENTURA, CA (May 9, 2007) – Social Good Marketing & Design, Inc. a Ventura-based
marketing firm specializing in social marketing, announced today that it will teach its popular
artists workshop (now a 6-hour class) through the Ventura College Community Education
program this June.

The workshop will be held:

•        Mondays, June 18 and June 25, 2007; 6:30 to 9:30 pm

•        Ventura College, ICPD 'Y' Building, Rm 3A, 71 Day Road, Ventura

•        Cost: $59; optional material fee (paid to instructor) $15


Attendees will learn through a combination of lecture and small group exercises.  A wide range
of topics will be covered, including:

•        Art opening/reception protocol

•        Selling someone their first piece of art

•        How to talk about your art

•        Ways to keep customers coming back for more

•        Creative sales strategies, and more!
